As for me, the location was favourable and marvellous, so close to 2 cafe, and good restaurants and attractions. There were a seating area, a writing desk, and ironing facilities in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

Quite comfortable overall experience. Well-designed and amazing hotel, unique base for exploring Puncak. Unbeatable and excellent location in Puncak, near to lush greenery and "Taman Safari " Zoo and a wonderful cafe named "The Lake House ". Very very helpful staff, free wake up calls and ironing.

It has an absolutely perfect location on the mountains. And its nestled in a new building not far from a wonderful cafe named "The Lake House ", good restaurants, and the park.

Magnificent location in Cisarua district right by the Restaurant as well as a wonderful cafe. Incredibly nice, consistently courteous staff with smiling face. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

We went to a resort in the mountains for a short vacation. The location was hidden among the lush green hills with a serene atmosphere that made us calm and relaxed. The charming garden paths, colorful flowers, and tall trees added to the beauty of the place. We also admired the cozy and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The friendly staff provided us with prompt and polite service and helped us with our requests.

We faced some challenges at one of the dining places, where the service was slow and inefficient. We had to repeat our requests for plates and cutlery, and we felt frustrated and ignored.

Whatever you need is this soundproof and amazingly comfortable room with a balcony with view on the garden, the garden plus amazing views. The hotel offers lots of food that was delicious!

During our thanksgiving trip, we enjoyed our stay at a hotel nestled among lush-green mountains. The breakfast spread was top-notch and the staff was friendly, making us feel welcome. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive two complimentary drinks upon arrival. The hotel's location was perfect for experiencing the natural beauty of the area.

There were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The rooms were not as spacious as we had anticipated, and some areas of the hotel were not well maintained.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent - I received a lot for what I paid. Additionally, the staff were attentive, especially Agatha at the front office who went out of her way to assist me. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a lovely balcony offering views of the garden. Lastly, the breakfast provided was satisfying and I appreciated the extra touch of chocolate on the table.

The only minor downside was the lack of shade at the swimming pool.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its stunning decor and exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my luxurious needs. The comfy room with a nice view was picture-worthy and the rooftop pool offered breathtaking views. The shuttle car service to nearby hotels and restaurants was very convenient.

The only minor issue I had was the lack of indoor activities for rainy days. However, the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional and offered a range of treatments that were perfect for relaxation.

We had a great stay and loved the hotel facilities. The location in the secret garden was amazing, with beautiful views on the mountains and the garden. The cleanliness was top-notch and the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the breakfast was great.

Cannot find any fault.
